Lemon Pepper Chicken Thighs

5 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning (plus extra for topping)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1 lemon, sliced
For the sauce:
½ stick (4 tbsp) butter
1–2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp parsley (fresh or dried)
1–2 tbsp lemon juice (to taste)

In a bowl, coat chicken thighs with olive oil, lemon pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Mix well to coat evenly.
Place thighs on a baking sheet, skin side up. Top each with a lemon slice and a little extra lemon pepper.
Bake at 400°F for about 40 minutes, or until crispy and fully cooked.
While baking, melt butter in a pan. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Stir in parsley and lemon juice.
Once chicken is done, drizzle with lemon butter sauce and serve.
