Baked Feta + Sweet Potato

Easy high-protein baked feta chicken & sweet potato meal prep!
500g Sweet potato
500g Chicken breast
150g Feta cheese
240g Chickpeas (drained)
200g Broccoli
200g Onion
4ml Olive Oil
Salt, garlic granules, mixed herbs & pepper
Dressing:
100g Low-fat Greek yoghurt
10g Tahini
1 Tbsp Cumin
Juice of 1 lemon
Pinch of salt
50ml Water (to thin)
Wskazówki
Add sweet potato, broccoli, onion, and crumbled feta to a baking tray. Season well.
Roast in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes. Then add chicken and cook for 20–25 minutes.
Mix the yoghurt, tahini, cumin, lemon, salt, and water into a smooth dressing.
Drizzle over the tray bake, serve, and enjoy.
