Crispy Pasta Salad

Składniki

pasta salad:

1 box of pasta

olive oil

garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, & salt

romaine lettuce

3 persian cucumbers

1/2 of a red onion

fresh parsley

fresh parm (i use @violife_foods vegan parm)

dressing:

3/4 cup of vegan yogurt (i prefer cashew milk yogurt)

1/2 cup of mayo

1 TBSP dijon mustard

lemon juice (i used about 1 1/2 lemons)

garlic powder, dried parsley, dried dill, salt, & pepper

Wskazówki

start by cooking 1 box of pasta, then let dry for about 20 minutes

the transfer the pasta to a large bowl and add in a lot of olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt. bake at 400F for 25-30 minutes (until crispy)

add all of the dressing ingredients to a bowl and mix until smooth

thinly slice the romain lettuce, dice the cucumbers, dice the red onion, and chop some fresh parsley

add everything to a large salad bowl. add the cooked pasta, fresh parmesan, the dressing, and mix until everything is coated. enjoy!!❣️
