French Onion Pasta

1 lb ditalini @barilla
1 tbsp olive oil
2 onions, microchopped
4 tbsps butter @kerrygoldusa
1/2 cup dry white wine @yellowtailwineusa
2lb beef bone broth @pacificfoods
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 sprigs thyme
1/2 cup heavy cream @organicvalley
3/4 lb shredded Gruyère

In a large skillet, heat up olive oil over medium heat. Sautee onions for 5 minutes then season with salt, pepper, tied up fresh thyme and Worcestershire sauce for another 5 minutes. Add white wine and sautee till fully absorbed. Add pasta and toast about 1 minute. Add broth and simmer till fully absorbed stirring occasionally. Add heavy cream and mix, then the butter and turn off the heat. Lastly add the cheese and serve. Season with more pepper and salt if you’d like. Enjoy!!
