15 Mint leaves

30 ml Rum - White/gold 1-3 year old mellow light

15 ml Peach schnapps liqueur

10 ml Honey syrup (3 honey to 1 water)

15 ml Pineapple juice (fresh pressed)

15 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)

Wskazówki

Lightly MUDDLE mint with rum in base of shaker

Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into glass filled with crushed ice

Notatki

Generally make this in blender - not muddled and on rocks. If in blender:

Can sub fresh pineapple for juice.

Can add in fresh peach slices for added peach flavor.

Toss in some aperitivo for a little flavor / color.

Garnish with maraschino, pineapple / peach, and “stormy” umbrella.

Can always sub simple syrup instead of honey syrup.
