Składniki

1 kg 5% beef mince

1 packet rice (250g)

10g coriander

20g sriracha sauce

20ml light soy sauce

tomatoes, diced

Wskazówki

1. Fry your beef mince on med-high heat. Once browned on one side, flip it over.

2. Whilst your beef is cooking, cook your rice.

3. Next, chop up your tomatoes and coriander.

4. Once the beef is cooked, add your soy sauce, sriracha and 1/2 your coriander. Mix until fully combined.

5. Plate up by adding half of your beef, rice and tomatoes to a plate.

Garnish with 1/2 of your left over coriander.

6. Serve and enjoy!
