LAMB AND HALLOUMI TOAST WITH PEPPER RELISH

4 x 100g lamb steaks 180g halloumi cheese, cut into 5mm slices 4 thick slices of sourdough or Vienna bread Cooking spray 1 garlic clove, halved Baby cos lettuce leaves Red pepper relish or chutney of choice

Wskazówki

1 heat a non-stick fr/ing pan over a medium heat and cook the lamb steaks for four minutes per side, or as desired. Remove from the heat and

leave to rest for 3-5 minutes. 2 Add the halloumi slices to the pan and cook for about 30 seconds on each side until light golden. 3 Spray the bread slices with cooking oil spray, then toast lightly on both sides. Rub the cut garlic clove over each slice. Top with baby cos lettuce leaves, the lamb steaks, halloumi cheese and red pepper relish. Serve immediately.
