Chocolate Chip Zucchini Bread

Yall know I’m obsessed with zucchini so why not make a chocolate chip zucchini bread version🥹

1 grated zucchini (or 1 cup)

1/2 cup melted unsalted butter

1/2 cup maple syrup

1/3 cup granulated sugar

1 egg

1/2 cup milk

1 1/2 cup all purpose flour

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp salt

How to:

Wskazówki

Start by preheating your oven to 350F.

Grate 1 medium zucchini and squeeze all of the water out.

In a large bowl add your granulated sugar, maple syrup and butter. Mix and add in your egg and vanilla extract. Mix then add in your milk and mix again.

Add in your dry ingredients and fold to combine.

Add to a lined loaf tin and bake on 350F for 60 minutes or until a knife comes out clean!
