Składniki

The Steaks:

2 lbs Ground Beef (or Turkey)

1 packet Lipton Beefy Onion Soup Mix

½ cup Breadcrumbs + 1 Egg

¼ cup Worcestershire sauce

Garlic paste, Onion & Garlic powder

The Gravy:

2 tbsp Butter + 1 sliced Onion

Optional: 1 sliced Green Bell Pepper

¼ cup Flour

1 cup Beef Broth + 1 cup Water

Quick Steps

MIX: Combine beef, soup mix, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire, and seasonings. Shape into 8-10 patties.

SEAR: Cook patties in a skillet until browned on both sides. Remove and set aside.

SAUTÉ: In the same pan, melt butter and sauté onions/peppers until soft.

THICKEN: Stir in flour, then slowly whisk in broth and water until smooth.

SIMMER: Add patties back to the gravy. Let it thicken & bubble for a few mins.

Serve over rice or mash and enjoy! ✨
