Beef Chow Mein - Easy

250 g Mince beef (Ground beef) 300 g Noodles ½ Onion 1 tbsp Garlic ½ Bell pepper 1 Carrot 100 g Bean sprouts 3 Spring onions ½ tsp Black pepper 2 tbsp Vegetable oil or neutral flavour oil

Stir Fry Sauce:

3 tbsp Oyster sauce 1 tbsp Dark soy sauce 3 tbsp Light soy sauce 1 tbsp Cooking rice wine 1 tsp Sesame oil

Wskazówki

Combine all the stir-fry sauce ingredients, mix well, and set it aside. Season the minced/ground beef with two tablespoons of the stir-fry sauce mix and black pepper. Heat the pan over medium-high heat. Saute the garlic and beef for 3-4 minutes until slightly brown. Add the onion, carrot, and pepper, stir fry for another 1-2 minutes, and then add the noodles. Pour the sauce over the noodles and toss well with other ingredients evenly. Continue stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes, and finish with spring onions and bean sprouts.
