Air Fryer Cheesy Tortilla Garlic Bread

2 flour tortillas (any size that will fit in your air fryer)

softened butter

shredded mozzarella

garlic powder

Italian seasoning

Step 1. Butter makes everything delicious, am I right!? Slather TWO tortillas with lots of softened butter. Make sure to spread it out all the way to the edges. I use salted butter, but any butter will do. You could always sprinkle on a little salt if you’d like.

Step 2. Next, top each tortilla with a layer of shredded cheese and then sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. I use mozzarella, but any shredded cheese will work. You could also include a little bit of grated or shredded parmesan.

Step 3. Stack the two cheese loaded tortillas on top of each other and then air fry at 375° F for about 5 minutes. Watch it carefully and pull it out as soon as it turns a dark golden brown color and is crisp all along the edges.

Step 4. At this point your mouth will be watering, but try to allow the garlic bread to rest for a minute or two before slicing into individual serving. HINT: Use a pizza cutter to easily slice however you’d like.
