Creamy Tuscan Chicken | Ep. 5 of Easy Weeknight Dinners

Składniki

4 chicken thighs

Salt and pepper, to taste.

Tbsp of cornflour.

Tosp of sun-dried tomato oil.

Tsp of butter.

1 shallot - finely chopped.

3 cloves of garlic crushed.

50g of sun dried tomatoes - chopped.

Tsp of smoked paprika.

1/2 tosp of italian herbs.

Pinch of chilli flakes.

Tosp of tomato paste

100ml of Elmlea single light cream.

150ml of chicken stock.

Wskazówki

Brown chicken off

Add shallot, garlic, sun-dried tomato, paprika, Italian herbs, chilli flakes and tomato paste. Fry for 2 minutes

Add cream and chicken stock and bring to simmer.

Add chicken back in and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Serve with rice
