Miso-Katsu-Don (Nagoya-Style Miso Katsu Rice Bowl)

1 Tonkatsu (or Chicken Katsu)
1 egg
100ml [recipe:Red Miso Sauce]
150ml water
1 portion freshly cooked Japanese rice
Some finely chopped green onion

METHOD
1. Cut up the Tonkatsu into bite-size pieces and place them in a small non-stick pan along with the Miso Katsu Sauce and water.
2. Heat the pan and bring the sauce to a boil and drop the egg in the centre of the pan. Cover with a lid and simmer on a low heat until the sauce slightly thickens, and the egg white is cooked but the yolk is still runny. Meanwhile, put a portion of rice in a bowl.
3. Slide the contents of the pan onto the rice and sprinkle some chopped green onion.
