Ground General Tso’s Chicken

Cook 1 pound ground chicken with 1 TBSP minced garlic in your skillet. Add a couple TBSPs of oil before cooking.

In a separate bowl mix together 3 TBSP rice vinegar, 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce, 1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth, 1 TBSP corn starch, 1 TBSP hoisin sauce, 3 TBSP brown sugar, 1/2- 1 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (depending on how spicy you want it), 1/2 tsp garlic powder and a 1/2 tsp onion powder.

Pour your sauce into the pan with your cooked chicken and turn on medium heat. Stir until thickened.

Enjoy topped with green onions
