Chocolate Brownie pudding

3 large eggs

1 ½ cup granulated sugar

1 ½ tsp vanilla extract

1/3 cup sifted flour

½ cup sifted cocoa

¾ cup oil

Wskazówki

With an electric hand beater or stand mixer beat eggs and sugar for between 5 – 8 minutes until double in volume and light in colour.

Add vanilla, sifted cocoa and flour and beat just until fully combined. Drizzle in oil and beat just until combined.

Pour into a 9” pie pan sprayed with oil.

Bake in a water bath (larger pan filled with water to come half way up the pie pan) at 325 F for at least 45 minutes or until a tester comes out almost dry when inserted 2” from the edge. The centre should still be fairly loose.

Let cool for 10 minutes, then sprinkle with icing sugar and serve with ice cream. Enjoy!!
