Hard Boiled Eggs - Perfect

Składniki

1) boil enough water so eggs are completely covered

2) add a splash of vinegar and a tbsp of salt to the boiling water

3) add in eggs carefully so they don’t crack

4) start timer! 12 mins is what I did, but do less time if you want soft boiled (8-9 mins) or more time if you want harder boiled (13-14 mins)

5) while cooking, prepare an ice bath

6) once timer goes off, immediately add eggs to ice bath and let completely cool (make sure your ice doesn’t completely melt once you add in the hot eggs, add more ice if need be)

7) after eggs are completely cooled (10-15ish mins) place in fridge or peel and enjoy! #hardboiledegg #howtohardboilanegg #highprotein #protein
