1/3 cup sourdough discard (unfed, from your fridge)
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup powdered sugar (for rolling)
