High Protein & Low Calorie Udon Carbonara

75g short cut bacon
50g cooked chicken breast
200g Obento Japanese Noodles Udon (Woolies)
1 egg
20g parmesan cheese
Black pepper
Optional toppings but adds extra calories)
1 egg yolk (optional)
20g extra parmesan cheese (optional)

Pan fry your bacon and chicken breast until golden. Set aside.
Boil your udon according to packet instructions, then drain.
Make your carbonara sauce — mix together:
1 egg
20g parmesan
Black pepper
Let your udon cool for 1–2 minutes. This step matters — add the sauce too early and it’ll scramble the egg.
Pour the sauce over and toss until creamy and well coated.
Top with your bacon and 50g chicken breast. Save the rest for another meal — it works perfectly in my low calorie ramen 🙂
Add any optional toppings if you have the calories for it.
