1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

2 large eggs

1 tsp ground cinnamon

½ tsp ground ginger

¼ tsp ground nutmeg

¼ tsp ground cloves

½ tsp salt

1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust

Preheat the oven to 425°F

In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and salt until smooth.

Pour the pumpkin mixture into the unbaked pie crust.

Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes.

Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F and continue baking for 35-40 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.

Let the pie cool on a wire rack for at least 2 hours before serving.

Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
