Ooey-Gooey Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1.5 lbs)
4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
4 large flour tortillas
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and cook chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked.
Remove chicken from skillet and let rest for a few minutes. Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Shred the rested chicken and toss it with Italian seasoning.
Lay out tortillas, fill with shredded chicken and heaps of cheddar cheese, then roll tightly.
Place wraps seam-side down in the baking dish and bake for 10-15 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
