Wonton Wraps
Ingredients
• 2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour
• 2 egg yolks
• 1 whole egg
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup (120 ml) water
• 1/2 cup (60 g) cornstarch (for dusting)
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, add flour and salt. Mix well.
2. Make a well in the center. Add egg yolks, whole egg, and water.
3. Mix everything together until a rough dough forms.
4. Knead the dough for 8–10 minutes until smooth and firm.
5. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
6. Roll the dough very thin on a floured surface.
7. Cut into small squares or round circles.
8. Dust with cornstarch and stack them gently.
Your wonton wraps are ready to use 😊
