Beef Stuffed Pitas

2 lb ground lean beef

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 red onion, diced

1 cup parsley, chopped

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp cumin

1/4 tsp cinnamon

4 pita breads, cut in half.

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, minced garlic, red onions, chopped parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, cumin, and cinnamon. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Carefully pull apart the pita bread to create pockets.

Stuff the seasoned beef mixture into the pita pockets. For a lighter option, use a thinner layer of beef; for a heartier meal, add more beef.

If you prefer, you can pan-fry the stuffed pitas or bake them to ensure the beef is fully cooked without burning the bread.
