2 Eggplants
3 Tbsp Tahini
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Lemon, Juiced
Minced Garlic (to taste)
1/4 tsp Salt
Wskazówki
1) Stab eggplants with fork for steam
2) Broil Eggplant at 550, a couple minutes each side
3) After broil, put at 375 for 30 minutes
4) Let eggplant cool.
5) After it cools drain eggplant juice
6) Scoop flesh on cutting board, chop up eggplant and put in bowl
7) Stir in other Ingredients or put in food processor
8) Garnish with olive oil and parsley
