Fresh & Fruity Avocado, Mango, and Shrimp Salad

1 mango

1 avocado

1 red onion

Juice of 1/2 lemon

2 tbsp olive oil

Chili, salt, pepper

1 handful parsley

1 handful cooked shrimp

Wskazówki

Peel and dice the mango and avocado. Finely chop the red onion.

In a small bowl, mix lemon juice, olive oil, chili, salt, and pepper to create a dressing.

Sauté the shrimp in a pan until golden, lightly season with salt, and set aside.

Combine the mango, avocado, onion, and chopped parsley in a large bowl. Add the dressing and gently toss to combine.

Plate the salad, top with the warm shrimp, and serve immediately.
