Skillet Gnocchi Bolognese W/ Italian Pork Sausage & Parmesan

What we send
• ½ Ib pkg uncased sweet
Italian pork sausage
• 8 oz marinara sauce
• ¼ oz Tuscan spice blend
• 12 oz pkg gnocchi 2
• ¾ oz Parmesan '
What you need
• olive oil
• kosher salt & ground pepper
• unsalted butter (optional) '
Wskazówki
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a medium skillet over medium-high. Add sausage and cook, breaking up large pieces with a spoon, until sausage is well browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes.
Add marinara sauce and Tuscan spice blend to skillet with sausage and bring to a simmer.
Add gnocchi and 1 cup water to skillet.
Bring to a simmer and cook on medium-high until gnocchi is tender, stirring often and scraping up any brown bits on the bottom of the skillet, 3-5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
If desired, stir 1 tablespoon butter into gnocchi. Serve topped with Parmesan.
