2 lb flank steak

4 cloves garlic, finely minced

1 1/2 cups low-sodium beef broth

1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Season the flank steak evenly with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the steak on both sides until browned.

Place the steak in the slow cooker.

Mix beef broth, melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic.

Pour the mixture over the steak.
