całkowity czasSkładniki
1 package lo mien or thin spaghetti noodles, cooked according to package directions and drained
1/4 cup avocado oil
2 tbsp sesame oil
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
3 tbsp teriyaki sauce
2 tsp chili crisp, or to taste
Salt, to taste
Paradise Farms freeze-dried scallions, to taste
Paradise Farms freeze-dried garlic, to taste
Toasted sesame seeds
You can also use: red pepper flakes instead of chili crisp, fresh minced garlic instead of freeze-dried garlic, and fresh sliced scallions instead of freeze-dried.
Wskazówki
Heat the avocado and sesame oils in a large pan over medium heat. Add the peanut butter and whisk until it melts into the oil and the mixture just begins to bubble.
Lower the heat and stir in the teriyaki sauce, chili crisp and a pinch of salt. Add the freeze-dried garlic and scallions and mix until everything comes together into a glossy peanut-sesame sauce.
Add the cooked noodles directly to the pan and toss really well until every noodle is coated.
Finish with plenty of toasted sesame seeds and more scallions.
Eat them immediately while they’re warm, or let them cool completely and refrigerate for a seriously good cold sesame noodle salad.
They’ll keep refrigerated for up to 3 days.
Just make sure you get your video first. Apparently that’s not guaranteed in my house.
