Chocolate Covered Beans Is Novel

1 cup chickpeas
1 cup dark chocolate (plus 1/2 cup extra for topping)
Optional: 1 tbsp coconut oil for the topping, to make it fudgier
I used 3/4 cup for the blending process and another 1/4 cup for the topping.
Instructies
Melt the chocolate in a bowl over saucepan with two inches of water in on a low heat, then blend with the beans until smooth
Put in a parchment paper lined dish
Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set. Top with extra melted chocolate if you want.
Eat from refrigerated for more of a fudge or microwave a piece for 30 seconds for the ultimate brownie texture!
