My Homemade Tuna/Chx Salad

Ingrediënten

  • (1-2) 5oz cans of chicken or tuna, drained

  • 1-2 Tb vegan mayo i.e. Hellman's plant-based or Daiya/vegan Ranch

  • 1 spoonful Dijon (opt.)

  • 1 cap raw ACV

  • 1 spoonful sweet relish

  • 4-5 drops lemon juice concentrate (opt.)

  • Italian seasonings, as desired for color

  • Pinch salt and pepper

Instructies

  1. Combine all ingredients in dinner bowl, fork condiments and seasonings through evenly

  2. Can serve melts on toast with cheese, lettuce, tomato as desired or alongside crackers

Notities

Lemon and ACV together are pretty tangy, may want to omit Dijon. Can also sub-in vegan ranch dressing to make creamier and more flavorful instead of the mayo. Daiya ranch is LOW-FODMAP**
