1 pack prosciutto
2 tbsp pesto
2 Campari tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 pack fresh mozzarella, sliced
1 handful arugula
Grated Parmesan, for garnish
Balsamic glaze, for garnish
Instructies
Lay the prosciutto slices slightly overlapping on a cutting board or parchment paper.
Spread the pesto down the middle.
Add the sliced Campari tomatoes, mozzarella, and arugula on top.
Roll it up tight like sushi.
Slice into bite-sized pieces.
Finish with grated Parmesan and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
