Chili Crunch Ceviche Eggs

4 hardboiled eggs
2 tablespoon maple syrup or sweetener of choice
3 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 red onion, sliced thin
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1-2 tablespoon chili garlic crisp
Ground black pepper, to taste
3 sprigs green onion, sliced thin
1 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning
1️⃣ Bring a pot of water to a boil. Carefully drop in the eggs and cook for 6.5 mins for jammy eggs or 8 mins for medium hard yolks. Immediately transfer the eggs to an ice bath for 10 minutes. Peel, slice in half and set aside.
Instructies
In a bowl, add the rice wine vinegar, oil, soy sauce, chili garlic, red onions and everything bagel seasoning. Mix until well combined. Add the sliced eggs and toss. Transfer to a serving plate, garnish with green onions and Devour!
