Ingrediënten

170 g Unsweetened Greek yoghurt

20-25 g Vanilla protein powder

30 g Mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

1 tbsp Chia seeds or ground flaxseed

1 tbsp Crushed walnuts or almonds

1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Optional: drizzle of sugar-free syrup, 1/2 tsp honey, or a few drops of vanilla extract

Instructies

Mix Greek yoghurt and protein powder until smooth.

Layer in a jar or container: Bottom: half the yoghurt mix. Middle: half the berries. Sprinkle: chia seeds or flax. Repeat layers and top with nuts + cinnamon.

Seal and refrigerate for up to 4 days.

Notities

Shelf life: 3 days if using fresh berries, up to 4 days with frozen (they’ll thaw and release juice — delicious as a compote).

Prep multiple: You can make 3–4 jars at once for the work week (Mon–Thu).

Keep crunchy toppings separate: If you prefer nuts crunchy, store them in a small side container and add before eating.

For extra fiber/satiety: Add ¼ cup oats and let sit overnight (makes it an overnight parfait).
