Single Serve Tiramisu

Ingrediënten

1 box cake mix, cooked and cooled

1 cup coffee

1/4 tsp almond extract

1 cup mascarpone cheese

2 cups heavy cream

3/4 cup powdered sugar

Cocoa powder

Whip the mascarpone until fluffy. Slowly add in the heavy cream while whipping. Once soft peaks form add the powdered sugar and continue whipping until stiff peaks form. Mix the almond extract into the coffee.

In ramekins add a layer of cake, spoon over a couple tablespoons of coffee, add a layer of cream and dust with cocoa powder. Repeat for 2 layers. Refrigerate for 3 hours and enjoy!
