1 can Diced green chiles
1 bell pepper (green/red/orange/yellow. chopped)
3-4 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 pineapple (peeled, cored and finely diced)
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 can chipotle in adobo sauce
1 can tomato paste (156ml - approximately 1/2 cup)
1 can San Marzano tomatoes - peeled whole (~3 1/2 cups)
1 cup navy beans
1/2 cup kidney beans
Chicken Bone Broth (or water)
2 tablespoons maple syrup
TOPPINGS:
grated cheese
sour cream
green onions
nacho chips
red onions (finely chopped or lightly pickled in lime juice)
jalapeno peppers (fresh or pickled)
chopped avocado
Instructies
Brown ground pork with 1 finely juleanned Yellow onion
Spice while cooking (adding plento of oil)
- Gochugang 3tbs
- Chipotle powder (Morita peppers) lots
- Smoked paprika
- Parsley
- MSG
- Onion Powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- Apple Cider Vinegar (little splash)
Add to saucepan:
- Roast Poblano pepper on open flame - scrape charred flesh - dice finely - add
- Finely dice Red bell pepper
- Diced green peppers
- Cumin
Add Later (once spices and peppers marry)
- Chopped garlic
- Finely diced pineapple (to taste) about 1/2 fresh pineapple
- Cocoa Powder (add slowly while tasting)
- Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce - mince peppers - 1 can
- Tomato paste

Slow Cooker:
- Peeled whole (diced/crushed) tomatoes - crush if needed
Beans (1:3 beans to liquid if dried)
- - 3/4 cup navy beans
- - 1/2 cup kidney beans

- salt and maple syrup to taste
- last chance to add pineapple or hot sauce
