I thought these ‘quiches’ were a viral gimmick but it turns out my clients eat them all the time
500 kcal (43P, 31C, 22F)
1 wrap (I used a high protein one)
70g smoked salmon
A bunch of chopped dill
3 eggs
Just pop the wrap in a cake tray, add the salmon, dill and eggs. Then season and mix gently with a fork.
This only needed 15 minutes at 180C.
People will moan about cooking smoked salmon but I think this was delightful 🙏
