Instant Pot Cube Steak

Ingrediënten

2 lb. cube steak

1/3 C flour

2 T olive oil

2 C beef broth, divided

2 onions, sliced

1 10.5 oz cream of celery soup

1 package onion soup mix

mashed potatoes

Instructies

1. cut cube steak into individual serving sizes

2. Place flour in disposable plastic bag

3. drop each serving into bag and shake to coat with flour

4. select "saute" on instant pot and let it heat up

5. Add olive oil and insert cube steak in batches to brown on both sides until crispy. Remove to a plate and set aside.

6. Pour 3 T of beef broth into the pot to deglaze pot

7. Add onions and saute until tender

8. Add cube steak on top of onions

9. In a bowl mix the cream of celery soup, onion soup mix and the rest of the beef broth. Whisk until combined and pour into instant pot.

10. Pressure cook for 20 minutes then quick release.

11. Turn off the instant pot and let it sit 5 minutes to let the gravy thicken before serving on mashed potatoes
