This is a must try recipe. Makes 3-4 cups.

Instructies

1 cup pistachio cream or make your own with 2 cups shelled pistachios + 1/2 cup almond milk, set aside

30gr dark chocolate melted (I used unsweetened 100% dark)

handful shredded phyllo dough, sauté with 1 tsp of coconut oil

once shredded phyllo browned, mix with 3/4 of melted chocolate, set aside

separately mix 1 cup vanilla protein powder with 1/2 cup almond milk, set aside

2 handfuls of strawberries

pack cups with layers of strawberries and the above ingredients
