Chicken Shawarma Platter

For the chicken:
7 pounds chicken tenderloins or thinly sliced breasts
Chicken shawarma seasoning
Seven spice
Paprika
Turmeric
Salt (be mindful of if your chicken shawarma seasoning mix contains salt or not)
Lemon juice
Oil
For the rice:
6 cups Sela basmati rice washed well and drained (cook in 2 pots if necessary to avoid crowding)
2 cups of hot water per cup of rice (12 cups total)
Oil leftover from cooking chicken
Butter
Chicken bouillon cube
Turmeric
Seven spice
Salt (be mindful of salt in chicken bouillon cube)
White sauce:
Equal parts yogurt and mayonnaise or sour cream and mayonnaise or 1/3 of all 3
I did 1 cup yogurt and 1 cup mayo
Some type of dried herb: parsley, mint, dill, or fresh if you have
Salt 1 tsp or to your taste
Black pepper 1 tsp or to your taste
1 tsp lemon juice or vinegar
Store bought hot sauce, Shatta, harissa, or red chili sauce
Salad:
Diced tomatoes
Diced baby cucumbers (they contain less seeds)
Lemon juice
Salt
