Honey Miso Chicken Thighs

600g Raw Skinless Chicken Thighs (200g/)
1 Tbsp Garlic
3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
5ml Sesame Oil
45g White Miso
15g Honey
1 Tsp Sweetener
Black Pepper and Salt to taste
Cucumber Salad:
1 Large Cucumber
1 Tsp Garlic Powder or Minced Garlic
5ml Sesame Oil
5ml Soy Sauce
Pinch of Gochugaru or Chili powder
Green Onions
Sesame Seeds
Salt and Pepper to taste
Toppings:
125g Rice/Serving
Green Onion
Sesame seeds
Instructies
Into a bowl combine the following ingredients: 600g Skinless Chicken Thighs,, 1 Tbsp Garlic, 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce, 5ml Sesame Oil, 45g White Miso, 15g Honey, 1 Tsp Sweetener, Black Pepper and Salt to taste
Let the mixture marinade for a minimum of 30 minutes and up to 24 hours
Cook the chicken thighs in the air fryer at 370F for 14-16mins
Into a container add the following ingredients 1 Cucumber sliced, 1 Tsp Minced Garlic powder, 1 Tsp Brown Stevia, 5ml Sesame Oil, 5ml Soy Sauce, Pinch of Gochugaru or Chili powder, Salt and Pepper and mix
Divide into 3 equal portions and serve on 125g of white rice, garnish with sesame seeds, green onions and enjoy!
