Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Creamy Parmesan Pasta

Ingrediënten

1 lb Beef Steak (cut into cubes)

8 oz Fettuccine or spaghetti

3 cloves Garlic (minced)

2 tbsp Butter

1 tbsp Olive Oil

1 cup Heavy Cream

¾ cup grated Parmesan Cheese

Salt & black pepper to taste

Fresh Parsley (chopped)

Instructies

Cook the pasta

Boil fettuccine in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cook the steak bites

Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat.

Season steak cubes with salt and pepper, then sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.

Make garlic butter

In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.

Prepare the cream sauce

Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth and slightly thickened.

Combine

Toss the pasta in the sauce, then top with steak bites.

Serve

Sprinkle parsley and extra Parmesan on top.
