Beef Egg Roll Bowl

1 lb Ground beef

1 Cabbage head

3 Carrots

1/2 Red onion

1 tbsp Ginger paste

1 tbsp Minced garlic

2 tbsp Soy sauce

2 tbsp Oyster sauce

1 tbsp Sesame oil

2 tbsp Rice vinegar

Instructies

Start by thinly slicing a whole head of cabbage, shred a few carrots and finely cut a red onion.

Pre-heat the grill to a medium heat around 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Add some oil to the surface and let it warm up.

Place the ground beef brick on the hot surface and let the bottom sear for 2-3 minutes before flipping. Repeat on the other side.

Start breaking down the ground beef and cook until the there is not pink meat.

Add the shredded veggies next to the meat to cook and soften.

Mix the veggies and beef together.

Add ginger paste, garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil and rice vinegar. Mix everything together and give it a taste test.

Serve in a bowl with some Bachan's sauce, toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onion. Enjoy!
