Crunchy broccoli salad

Ingrediënten

80g flaked almonds 1 head of broccoli, chopped into florets

1 large carrot, peeled and grated Salt and black pepper 2 tbsp red onion, finely chopped 60g sultanas or dried cranberries 150g Heinz Salad Cream

Instructies

1 Add the almonds to a dry frying pan over a medium heat and cook for two minutes, tossing regularly, until just golden brown and fragrant. Be careful not to overcook them!

2 Combine all of the ingredients, including the almonds, in a large mixing bowl and toss with the salad cream until just coated. Refrigerate until needed.
