.5-1 green/yellow/orange pepper, diced
1.5 cups low-fodmap bouillon-based or FODY vegetable soup base, broth
2 tomatoes, diced
1 English cucumbers, not mini
1 tablespoon Italian herbal seasoning
1 teaspoon salt (or more)
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructies
Add all the ingredients to the slow cooker. Stir to mix well.
Cook HIGH 2-3 hours or LOW 4-6.
