Instructies
In a bowl mix,
2 cups of vanilla protein powder
3 tbsp almond flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
Add:
1 cup apple sauce
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup sweetener (I used 20 drops of monkfruit)
1/4 cup unsweetened dark chocolate chips
Option: Top Off with unsweetened dark chocolate chip and a little sprinkle of salt
if consistency is too thick add a a spoonful of apple sauce or milk.
Bake at 350° for 15-20 mins.
