Crispy Beef Strips

800g lean steak (I used rump steaks from @musclefood)

20ml soy sauce

tsp black pepper

20g cornflour

5g baking soda (tenderises the beef)

Cooking spray

Cook on High heat with cooking spray till golden and crispy on both sides!

Beijing Beef Glaze

60ml soy sauce

120ml water

2 tbsp sriracha

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp hoisin

1 tbsp sweetner

5g cornflour mixed with a tbsp of water (prevents clumping)

Other ingredients

200g white rice (uncooked weight)

2 garlic cloves (diced)

1 medium red bell pepper (sliced into 1” pieces)

1 medium white onion (halve and slice into 1/4’s)

Sesame seeds (optional garnish)

Storage & Heating ♨️

Store for up to 5 days in the fridge

To reheat, add a tsp of water to the meal prep box and microwave for 3 minutes till heated through. Mix in with the rice and enjoy!
