Miso Ginger Red Cabbage Salad

1/4 cup neutral oil (avocado or vegetable oil)
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoon chopped ginger root
1/3 cup chopped white onion
1/3 cup carrot
3 tablespoons miso paste
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon water (optional)
1 whole red cabbage, shredded or thinly sliced
3/4 cup to 1 cup roasted slivered almonds
2 tablespoons sliced green onion
Instructies
Combine peeled ginger, carrot, honey, miso, onions, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil and neutral oil in a blender. Blend until smooth. Set aside.
Finely shred your cabbage using a knife or a peeler. Place the cabbage in a bowl and pour the carrot ginger dressing over it. Add your almonds and toss until well combined. Transfer to a serving plate, garnish with scallions and Devour!
