Hash Brown Breakfast Sandwich

1 medium white potato (peeled and grated)
1 egg (beaten)
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp salt
olive oil spray
1 egg
1 slice cheddar cheese
1 slice bacon
1/4 medium avocado (sliced)
Instructies
Peel and grate the potato. Use paper towels to press out as much moisture as possible.
Add to a bowl and mix with beaten egg, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt.
Heat a waffle maker or pan over medium heat and lightly grease with olive oil spray.
Divide mixture into 2 and press into bun shapes. Cook until golden and crispy on both sides, about 5-8 minutes.
Cook bacon in a pan until crispy. Set aside.
In the same pan scramble the egg then push together into a patty shape.
Add cheese on top and let melt.
Assemble with hash brown buns, sliced avocado, cheesy egg patty, and crispy bacon. Enjoy!
