In-n-out Burger Bowls

Ingrediënten

These ingredients make 6 burger bowls:

3 lbs 93/7 ground beef (1.5 tsp salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, 1 tbsp paprika)

1 bag fat free cheddar cheese

20 oz russet potatoes (1 tbsp paprika, 1 tsp salt & pepper)

The famous spread:

120g light mayo

100g non fat plain greek yogurt

40g zero sugar ketchup

20g mustard

2g garlic powder

2g onion powder

1 tsp white vinegar

4 chopped pickle chips or just use dill relish

Salt to taste, I used 1/4 tsp

Sides: (add your favorites as well)

The onions, shredded lettuce, and pickles are all negligible. No need to calculate those, use desired amount.

4 cherry tomatoes per serving

Potatoes in the air fryer at 400° for 22 mins (shake half way through)

For the beef, if you want that “smash burger” char taste, let it cook longer without stirring. Let it sit until browned, mix it and repeat. Less stirring means more browning which brings out the flavor.
