Tofu Lentil Plate

Extra Firm Tofu or Soy Free Tofu

Quinoa

French lentils

Mushrooms

Carrots

Onion

Baby spinach

Tofu Coating:

1 part Corn Starch

1 part Nutritional Yeast

Garlic Powder

Onion Powder

Paprika

Soy Sauce

Veggie Broth to thin

Instructies

Cook French lentils, quinoa, carrots, onions, garlic, veggie broth in a pot until soft

Mix all coating ingredients in a sealable container

Chunk tofu into bite sized pieces and toss in coating

Bake or Air fry tofu at 350 degrees

Bake asparagus at 350 degrees

Saute mushrooms and cherry tomatos in a pan. Add spinach at the end and cook until wilted

Plate and serve with an optional portion of avocado
