Honey Roasted Cauliflower with Halloumi and Chickpeas

1 medium cauliflower

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp honey

1 tsp curry powder

½ tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp turmeric

1 can chickpeas

Halloumi cheese

Instructies

*Roast cauliflower:* Toss cauliflower with olive oil, honey, curry powder, smoked paprika, and turmeric. Roast until tender.

*Make crunchy chickpeas:* Toss chickpeas with olive oil, paprika, cumin, and salt. Roast until crispy.

*Grill halloumi:* Grill halloumi cheese until golden brown.
